When you contact our Help Desk, online or by phone, we’ll be able to securely interface with any computer in your office via the web and resolve most common issues – without having to take extra time to come to your office.

Online support
To submit a Help Desk Service Request online, go to http://csp.iesolutions.us
This will lead you to the I E Solutions Customer Service Portal login page, where you can submit a Help Desk Service Request.
Our typical Help Desk response time is under 1 hour. Please note that Help Desk is available M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time. If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after hours, you will receive a call back the next business day. Useful Links
